Thank you for being here! I’m Andromeda and I’m excited for you to get to know me. I hope that this can be a space where you feel seen and inspired. I’ll be using this site to share more about my projects in creative spaces, my work as a founder, my takes as your therapist bestie, and all my adventures! I’m Miss Universe Ghana, former Miss United States, a therapist, founder of my mental health non-profit Your Mind Matters Global, model & actress. It took me some time to figure this out, but I believe one of my biggest missions in life is to share as much knowledge as I can about mental health from tips about taking care of our nervous system or about fitting in self-care. I want you to know that you don’t have to have it all figured at once and that you’re doing just fine. 😊
